Intelligent and Talented Girls Inc, “IT GIRLS” began as a powerful vision by Aya Fubara Eneli in 2016. What started as a mentorship initiative at South Belton Middle School, in collaboration with Dr. Keonna White, quickly grew into a transformative movement. The 1st Annual IT GIRLS conference at Central Texas College saw 125 girls come together, and since then, our reach has only expanded.
Today IT GIRLS has positively impacted the lives of over 620 girls in Central Texas and inspired similar programs across the USA. We are dedicated to addressing the challenges young girls face and equipping them with the tools they need to thrive.

Our programs are specifically designed to support and mentor girls between the ages of 10 and 18.
We offer rites of passage workshops, professional mentorship, leadership training, and educational resources.
You can support us by donating, volunteering as a mentor, or attending our community events.
Many of our community events, like “Speaking with A Purpose,” are free to ensure every girl has access to leadership tools.
